Invistics CEO to Discuss Innovations in Lean Process Improvement Techniques

Knight will be speaking on, “Best Practices for Achieving the Benefits of Process Improvement Techniques in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech & Other FDA Regulated Industries,” and his speech will take place on Monday, November 7, 2011 at 9:00 AM, EST.
Presented by the American Strategic Management Institute (ASMI), PharmaCon is a project management and process improvement summit for individuals within the pharmaceutical, biotech and other FDA regulated industries. It will take place at the Performance Learning Center in Washington, DC. Geared toward senior leadership, this two-day conference will feature sessions and keynote speeches organized in two distinct tracks. Track A will focus on “Reducing the size of the batch: Implement Lean to Eliminate Waste” while Track B will emphasize “Adaptive Project Management approaches for Lean Pharmaceutical development.”
