We work with highly regarded investment partners including HIG Ventures, InterSouth Partners, Imlay Investments and Atlanta Technology Angels.

HIG Ventures

HIG Ventures is a leading private equity and venture capital investment firm with more than $1 Billion of equity capital under management. Headquartered in Miami and with additional offices in Atlanta, Boston and San Francisco, the firm specializes in providing capital to small and medium sized companies with attractive growth potential. Since its founding, HIG Ventures has completed in excess of 70 transactions. The firm currently manages a portfolio of more than 40 companies with combined revenues in excess of $5.0 Billion.

InterSouth Partners

Intersouth Partners is one of the most active and experienced early-stage venture funds in the Southeast having invested in over 70 private companies. Founded in 1985, Intersouth manages $500 million in six venture capital limited partnerships, making this fund the largest venture capital fund in North Carolina and one of the largest in the Southeast. Based in Durham, NC, Intersouth Partners continues to seek a broad range of investment opportunities in the information technology and life sciences sectors.

Imlay Investments

Imlay Investments, an Atlanta-based venture/angel capital firm founded by John P. Imlay, Jr., former Chairman of Dun and Bradstreet Software, was created to encourage the development of high technology companies based predominately in the Atlanta area. Imlay Investments' portfolio includes such dynamic companies as Marketworks, Overture Networks, Knowledgestorm, Skyway Software, OpenSpan, Oversight Systems, and Knowlagent.

Atlanta Technology Angels (ATA)

Atlanta's first formal angel investment group, Atlanta Technology Angels is comprised of approximately fifty highly skilled, experienced investors and has been an active funding source over the past 4 years. Since its formation in 1999, ATA has invested approximately $9 million in 30 rounds of early and growth stage financing. The group has made investments exceeding $150,000 in 19 companies with an average investment size of approximately $500,000 per company.
