Scott Geller President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Scott Geller has responsibility for the company's strategy, organization and operations and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Before joining Invistics in December 2003, he served as entrepreneur-in-residence at ATDC, Georgia Tech's nationally recognized incubator. From 2000 to 2003, Scott co-founded and served as the first Executive Director and then Board Chair for TechBridge, a nonprofit organization that has helped hundreds of area nonprofits utilize technology to better serve the community.
Prior to TechBridge, Scott was founder and CEO of 2order.com (formerly BT Squared), a provider of quotation management and product configuration software for large manufacturers that was acquired by Primus Knowledge Solutions (NASDAQ:PKSI) in January, 2000. He also founded Business Systems Design, a manufacturing systems integration company that he sold in 1996. Scott started his career as a Manager in the systems consulting practice of Ernst & Young. He has an MS in Computer Science from the University of California at San Diego and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Scott is also a graduate of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2004, and serves on the Board of Directors of TechBridge, Jewish Family & Career Services and Emory University’s Board of Visitors.
Tom Knight Founder and Chief Strategy Officer
Tom Knight co-founded Invistics in 1999. As Chief Strategy Officer, he has overall responsibility for the company's solution strategy. Prior to founding Invistics, Tom spent 10 years improving supply chains as a manufacturing executive at Alcoa and Siemens.
Tom has a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). While at MIT, he conducted research on software to improve manufacturing planning and scheduling, receiving the Goodyear Prize in Manufacturing Management from the MIT Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Jim Lochry SVP of Sales and Marketing
As SVP of Sales and Marketing, Jim Lochry is responsible for the worldwide sales and marketing operations at Invistics. In this role, he is tasked with defining and executing a growth strategy for the company's suite of manufacturing performance products.
Jim brings over 20 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the technology sector with notable organizations such as FYI Corporation/Identitech, Peace Software International, Extricity, Versant Object Technology, Oracle Corporation and Cincom Systems. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and an MBA from the University of Detroit in Detroit, MI.
Jacek Sadkowski Chief Technology Officer
Jacek Sadkowski prioritizes and coordinates engineering and product development activities for Invistics. As CTO, he is responsible for guiding the company's product and technology strategy, as well as for building and structuring the product development organization to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Jacek has over 20 years of experience in commercial software engineering and IT services and holds several certificates in software engineering and its management. Prior to joining Invistics, Jacek held the position CTO for Primus Knowledge Solutions, Incorporated. Prior to that he was Vice President of Product Development for 2Order.com (formerly BTSquared Technology, Inc.), and manager of software design and architecture for Lanier Worldwide. Jacek has a B.S. in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University.
Charlie Agulla VP of Consulting
Charlie has over 7 years experience in manufacturing and plant engineering. Prior to joining Invistics, Charlie held the position of Assistant Production Manager at Atlas Container Corp where he was responsible for production in a newly acquired facility as well as implementing corporate-wide lean techniques. In addition, Charlie has served in a Product Management role with Sun Microsystems' software group. Charlie has two degrees from Northwestern University (an MEM from the McCormick School of Engineering and an MBA from the Kellogg School) and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Patrick McDonnell Ph.D. VP of Product Management and Research
Patrick McDonnell has 9 years of experience in manufacturing management and Industrial Engineering. As VP of Product Management and Research he is responsible for initiating and coordinating the development of new algorithms and analysis techniques for the Invistics software product line.
Patrick holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University where he conducted research on topics ranging from laser materials processing to game theory to simulation based control of manufacturing systems. Prior to joining Invistics, Patrick served as Technical Manager for Production Planning and Control at Optical Fiber Solutions and Technical Manager for Ocean Fiber Set Manufacture at Lucent Technologies.
